Dear John:
I wanted to take some time to write to you to let you know what a beautiful job you did with my roof and gutters. First, I must thank you for the referral for the chimney work. That was an important preliminary repair that I easily would have overlooked. Second, I compliment you on the way your proposal was presented to me, with the complete package of information provided, including samples and the roof video. From the very start your work has been outstanding and professional.

I have to say I was amazed that not a single nail, or scrap of debris was remaining on my property after your workers completed their job. I have also had numerous compliments from friends and neighbors as to the improved appearance of my home. Best of all is that you have been a pleasure to work with personally.

As you know roofing is not my specialty, but I had little doubt that your work would be impeccable and I must say I had the utmost trust that nothing would go wrong with the job. Dear John,

Paul and I wanted to extend our sincere thanks to you in your crew for the superb roofing job. After interviewing 10 roofing contractors (and being burned by 2), we can't express how grateful we are for your honesty and professionalism.

Our skylights, which were one or major concerns, are in perfect condition and have weathered some of the worst winds and rains we have seen. We can't thank you enough for the excellent work in and around the skylights.

It was very gratifying to have all my phone calls returned, all my questions answered, a postponement of the work by me at the last-minute without any hesitation on your part, the work completed as scheduled and a cleanup of the property as promised.
